Learn moreDenton is the biggest city we serve, and its homes are the most varied. A Queen Anne in the Oak-Hickory Historic District, a patio home in Robson Ranch and a new build in Landmark need very different care. We clean them all, and we match the method to the window instead of using one approach on everything.
Every Denton clean includes the frames, seals, tracks and screens, and every one is held to the Berry Bros standard.
From the historic districts near the Square to the new communities off I-35W, if it has a Denton address, we can get to it.
Every town has its own reasons windows get dirty. In Denton, it comes down to four things.
Oak, elm and pecan peak March through May and leave a yellow film on glass and screens across the older, tree-lined streets.
Treated lake water still carries minerals, and sprinklers mist them onto low windows where the sun bakes them on.
Growth on the north and west edges, like Landmark along I-35W, puts fine dust on every window downwind.
April-to-June storms leave splatter, debris and torn-loose leaves stuck to glass and screens.

The Oak-Hickory Historic District, the West Oak Area and Bell Avenue are full of Queen Anne, Prairie and Craftsman homes with original wood sashes, divided panes and older glass. These windows need hand cleaning, not pressure, and not shortcuts.
On historic glass we use the traditional method: a soft T-bar scrub, a squeegee pulled pane by pane, and edges finished by hand. Divided-light windows get every small pane done individually. Frames are wiped gently, and tracks on older sashes are cleared of the grit that makes them stick.

Robson Ranch is Denton's 55+ community, with more than 2,300 homes around an 18-hole golf course. Many homeowners there have told themselves they'll get the ladder out "one more time." You don't need to.
A service plan puts your home on the calendar automatically: Monthly, Quarterly or Biannual. You get a text 1–2 days before each visit and another when we're on the way, so there's nothing to remember and nothing to re-book. Golf course glass catches a lot of spray and pollen, and Quarterly service keeps it ahead of every season.
Denton keeps growing, and new builds arrive with windows that have never been properly cleaned. Builder labels, paint overspray, mortar specks and drywall dust in the tracks all come off with post-construction window cleaning. Once you're moved in, a plan keeps the construction dust from neighboring lots from building up again.
The shops, restaurants and offices around the Denton County Courthouse-on-the-Square live on foot traffic, and foot traffic notices smudged glass. Our commercial window cleaning works before you open or after you close, during daylight hours, on the same Monthly, Quarterly or Biannual schedule as our residential plans.
It depends on the home: the number of windows, how many stories, divided panes on historic windows, and whether you want the inside done too. We don't post a price list because Denton homes vary so much. Request a free quote and you'll have a number before any work starts. See what affects the price.
