Walk the site once, then the same routine every visit.
On the first visit we map every pane, entry door and high window, and agree on whether we come before opening or after close.
A T-bar mop loosens road film, handprints and pollen. Higher panes get the water-fed pole and pure water.
Reachable glass is pulled dry edge to edge, so the storefront reads clear from the parking lot.
Frames, seals and tracks are wiped, and the door glass customers touch most gets a final hand check.
A customer decides what they think of your business before they reach the handle. Smudged entry doors, a film of road dust on the display window, or white sprinkler spots across the lower panes all say "nobody's watching this place," even when the inside is spotless.
Berry Bros keeps commercial glass clear for shops, offices, restaurants and builder model homes across North DFW. We work before you open or after you close, always in daylight, and we put you on a recurring plan so the glass stays handled without anyone on your team having to remember it.
Every business gets dirty glass for different reasons, so the right plan depends on what happens at your front door. Here's where we usually start the conversation:
Grease film from the kitchen side, kids' handprints at stroller height, and patio dust that blows onto the glass all day. Restaurants usually get the most out of a Monthly plan, because guests look straight at the windows while they eat.
Your display window is your sign. A busy road or a shopping-center sprinkler line can dull it fast. Most shops do well on Monthly or Quarterly, depending on traffic and how much the display matters to sales.
Fewer hands on the glass, but clients still notice a dusty lobby and spotted ground-floor windows. A Quarterly plan keeps most offices looking sharp, and Biannual works for buildings that mainly need a spring and fall reset.
New-build neighborhoods throw off constant construction dust, and buyers judge the model by its windows. Monthly keeps sales centers showing well. For a brand-new building's first clean, see post-construction window cleaning.
Three plans, nothing in between. Commercial accounts choose from the same Monthly, Quarterly and Biannual plans our homeowners use. You're added to the schedule once, and the visits keep coming.
Nobody wants a pole and a bucket at the entrance during the lunch rush. We schedule commercial visits in the window between daylight and your opening time, or between closing and dusk. Your staff can set up, your customers walk in, and the only sign we were there is the glass.
We keep that work in daylight on purpose. Seeing the glass in natural light is how a technician catches a missed streak or a dried drip at the edge, and it's the only way we'll sign off on a pane.
You'll get a text 1–2 days before each visit and another when the technician is on the way, so a manager knows to expect us, or to leave the side gate unlocked.
We're honest about the buildings we fit. Our water-fed poles reach about 40 feet from the ground, and that's the ceiling for commercial work. We don't do rope access, swing stages or lift work, so towers and tall glass curtain walls belong with a high-rise crew.
Inside that reach, the pole is a real advantage. A filtration unit purifies water on-site to under 10 TDS, usually close to zero, and a soft nylon and boar-hair brush scrubs the high glass from the parking lot. With almost nothing dissolved in the rinse water, upper panes and transoms dry clear, without a ladder blocking your entrance. Not sure if your building is in range? Tell us the address on your quote request and we'll let you know.
Need the inside of the glass done as well? Mention it on your quote request and we'll look at it with you. Our interior window cleaning page explains how we protect floors and furnishings indoors.
Commercial windows face the same weather homes do, plus a few problems of their own:
That's the case for a plan over a one-off clean: each visit is lighter because the glass never gets far behind.

It depends on your foot traffic. Restaurants and busy retail usually do best on a Monthly plan, most offices on Quarterly, and buildings that mainly need a spring and fall refresh on Biannual. Those are the three schedules we offer.
Yes, that is how we schedule commercial work. We come before opening or after closing, as long as it is daylight, so we can check every pane in natural light.
Yes. Berry Bros carries general liability insurance, and we can send proof of insurance to you or your property manager on request.
Yes. Businesses choose from the same Monthly, Quarterly and Biannual plans as our residential customers. Plans use a simple service agreement with no cancellation fees.
Our water-fed poles reach about 40 feet from the ground, and that is our limit. We do not do rope access or lift work, so taller buildings need a high-rise crew.
Every commercial quote is custom. Pane count, height, how dirty the glass is and the plan you choose all move the number. Request a free quote, or read our window cleaning cost guide to see what drives pricing.
